The leftover mowers will be offered in the next year (2024) until it is sold out. This decision was taken because of the stricter environmental regulations and changing customer preferences.

Although Honda stopped making lawn mowers in the North Carolina facility, it will continue producing its mowers line in the France facility.

Swepson Ville represents Honda and is one of the highest-producing plants in the world. Before Covid, it used to produce 20 lac engines per year with 500,000 finished products. The products include lawnmowers, mini tillers, snow throwers, string trimmers, and portable generators.

Honda has invested more than $350 million in the Swepson Ville plant, with a more than $64 million expansion plan announced in 2020.
